Coming to therapy whether for the first time or the time after that can be a daunting step. I work from a person-centred approach and draw from a diverse range of evidence-based frameworks. I have a BA-Psychology and a Masters in Counselling. Having worked in various health, educational, and counselling organisations since 2006, experience shows that enabling a safe therapeutic space fosters healing and growth. Working together, we can explore and develop insight to help you become "unstuck" and overcome challenges. I work with my clients individually in a holistic way – this includes emotional, physical, cultural, social, and spiritual aspects of your life. Counselling sessions are available by appointment either online or in person at West Ryde, Sydney.
