Your mind isn’t the enemy—it’s just untrained. Let’s tame it together with mindfulness skills for a clearer, calmer, and more meaningful life.
Are you stressed, anxious, overwhelmed—or just stuck in a loop of overthinking? Maybe you're grappling with big questions about who you are and what you truly want. If so, you're not alone. These are deeply human challenges—and with the right support, you don’t have to stay stuck in them. The key to more ease and freedom often lies in learning to work skilfully with your attention. At my private online practice, Everyday Clarity, my focus is on helping you build a healthier relationship with your own mind.
I offer person-centred counselling, mindfulness coaching, or a creative blend of both—tailored to your needs. My approach draws on mindfulness-based therapies to support emotional resilience and long-term change.
This is a collaborative and skills-based style of
therapy. To get the most out of it, I may invite you to try simple daily (or
near-daily) practices between sessions. These support insight, strengthen
mindfulness, and help change take root in your everyday life.
I hold a Master of Counselling from the University of
Canberra. In addition, I hold a Master
of Arts in Professional Communication from Deakin University; a Bachelor of
Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne; and a Bachelor of Science from
the University of Melbourne. I am also a volunteer Crisis Supporter for
Lifeline.
