With over 10 years of experience in various counselling settings, I offer a wealth of knowledge to both my counselling and supervision practices. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, women’s health, youth, and individuals referred through Employee Assistance Programs. Given that trauma is a significant focus of my work, I prioritise creating a safe, supportive space and adopt a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to my practice.
My strong background in creative arts provides me with the flexibility and innovation to design tailored intervention plans. In supervision, I am dedicated to empowering my supervisees, fostering their professional development, and enhancing their clinical competence.
As a Malaysian Chinese, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, I bring a culturally diverse perspective to my work. Growing up in such an environment has shaped my understanding of mental health, allowing me to approach it from various cultural lenses.
I currently offer individual supervision via Zoom, with a fee of $120 per hour. For further inquiries or to schedule a session, please feel free to contact me at charlottelee.studio@gmail.com or text me at 0402168090. I look forward to supporting you on your professional journey.
