The first consultation is an opportunity to connect, build trust, and begin developing a meaningful therapeutic relationship. We offer a safe, supportive, and restorative environment where self-exploration and authentic self-expression are encouraged.

From this foundation, we work collaboratively with you to identify your goals for counselling and support you through a journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery- moving toward the life you want to live.

Our Director, Chloe Gibbons, is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and Qualified Counsellor with over a decade of experience in the Community and Social Services sector. Her professional background includes roles with respected organisations such as Relationships Australia, Australian Defence Force, Act for Kids, and Centacare.

Chloe specialises in working with both individuals and couples, with a particular focus on the complexities of interpersonal relationships. Her work helps clients cultivate healthy, equitable relationships - both with themselves and others.

Known for her transparent, authentic, and compassionate style, Chloe fosters a therapeutic space where clients feel seen and supported. She gently challenges unhelpful patterns and blind spots, encouraging deeper insight and lasting personal growth.
