My work blends deep listening, emotional exploration, and body-based awareness to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate self-trust, and build resilience.
By weaving emotion-focused therapy, somatic awareness, and nature-based practices, I support individuals in processing life’s challenges in a way that feels embodied and empowering. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher, I also incorporate breath-work, meditation, and grounding techniques to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance.
