Darren follows a person – centred approach, focussing on
developing a therapeutic relationship with clients by providing a
compassionate, supportive and non-judgemental environment. 

Darren supports a range of clients including adults, young
people, couples and families. 

Darren has a Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling, a
Diploma of Counselling and Advanced study majors in
Relationship Counselling and Conflict Resolution, Child Development and
Effective Parenting, and Counselling Clients with Addiction. 

Focused, evidence-based psychological approaches are used
including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy.

This integrated approach allows for a personalised therapy
that is tailored to suit each individual and his/her needs.
