As well as providing counselling services and support I have been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years and a Child and Family Health Nurse for 30 years working with parents and families of children from birth. As well as Graduate level qualifications I hold Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in nursing qualifications and ensure that all of my knowledge remains up to date and evidence based. I have extensive knowledge and qualifications in breastfeeding and sleep and settling support as well as perinatal emotional health support, child behaviour, and bonding and attachment relationship support, working from an attachment theory basis. I am a registered Circle of Security - Parenting facilitator and a Registered 123 Magic and Emotion Coaching facilitator and offer both of these programs via individual means or in group sessions. I am now pleased to offer counselling services for a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, support around parenting as well as support around breastfeeding and sleep and settling. I am able to provide telephone, telehealth and group programs. After hours appts available by arrangement.
