I am Dell Ordaz Smart born in
the Philippines and migrated to Australia since 1987. I come from a
large family of 12 siblings. My upbringing was marked by hardships, including
emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse, as well as financial struggles.
However, these experiences have shaped my deep understanding of trauma,
allowing me to connect with and support my clients on a personal level.

I am a Christian counsellor
that integrates Christian beliefs and principles with traditional techniques. I
value the importance of addressing not only the psychological and emotional
aspects of a person but also their spiritual well-being. I provide a comprehensive
and holistic approach that takes into consideration the mind, soul, body and
spirituality of individuals, ensuring that no aspect is forgotten or neglected
in the therapy session.

Having worked extensively with
people from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially migrants, I understand the
emotional challenges of adapting to a new country, from homesickness to
loneliness and progresses to depression.

I am deeply committed to
helping people achieve their life goals by equipping them with the right tools
to navigate challenges. In a supportive and professional environment, I guide
my clients toward building healthier relationships, better coping skills,
increased self-confidence, and greater self-awareness.

Fluent in both English and
Filipino, I embrace my multicultural background as a strength, enabling me to
connect with clients from different walks of life. My passion lies in helping
others find contentment and fulfilment in their lives and relationships.
