My passion for counselling stems from my compassion for people as a whole. Having worked as a primary school counsellor and then private practice for over 13 years, I understand that people’s childhood experiences have profound impacts on themselves, their partners, family and other relationships.I provide my clients with a safe space where it’s okay not to be okay. Where they can share openly and honestly in an unbiased, judgement-free and comfortable environment – we take the bumpy ride that is therapy together.Whether you’re seeking support with parenting, your child’s behavioural issues, relationship dynamics or any of life’s stressors, my goal is to help you both identify and learn to use your own strengths to heal and grow, with the medium of a meaningful connection to support and guide you on your journey.In addition to individual and couple therapy and working with parents, I run an emotional intelligent parenting program (“Tuning into kids”) for parents seeking to better understand and manage their child’s behaviours and emotions. I also run workshops and presentations for schools and kindergartens on managing children's struggles in an educational setting. I have a  therapy dog Watson, who loves being around people. I am a member of The College of Supervisors, having qualified as a Clinical Supervisor in 2018.  I love supporting other counsellors with their work and professional growth and also offering guidance to set up a private practice.
