I am a Level 4 registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and the founder of my own private practice. I specialise in working with individuals, couples, young people, and families facing a range of challenges including relationship issues, family conflict, youth concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, and personal growth.
I provide a safe, confidential space where clients feel supported to explore their concerns, build insight, and develop practical strategies for change. I believe in the power of connection, self-awareness, and tailored support to help people move forward with clarity and confidence.
In relationship counselling, I support couples and individuals in improving communication, rebuilding trust, resolving conflict, and reconnecting emotionally. I also work closely with young people and their families, addressing issues like identity, peer pressure, school stress, and family dynamics.
As a practitioner, I’m committed to ongoing professional development and to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and life experiences, creating a space where everyone feels heard and respected.
Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with relationships, or facing personal challenges, seeking support is a powerful step. I’m here to walk alongside you and help you move toward a more connected, empowered, and fulfilling life.
