My approach is integrative and person-centered, combining evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA). These frameworks allow me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, helping them gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to move forward.
