I'm a couples counsellor in Woodend, Macedon Ranges. My goal is for couples to have better conversations about what is happening in the relationship. Then to work out how to move forward from here.

My couples counselling service includes: strengthening communication skills; finding re-connection after the relationship has gone off track; lowering the level of conflict and resentment between partners; processing infidelity or betrayal; making the decision on whether to stay together or separate; pre-marriage counselling for a fulfilling future together.

Every couple has their own unique dynamics, so my approach is flexible to work with each couple's needs, priorities and hopes for their relationship. 

As well as being an ACA registered counsellor, I am trained in the Gottman Method (L1&2) as well as other couple therapy interventions. I integrate theoretical approaches to work most effectively with where each couple is at. And my approach is always non-judgemental and compassionate to both partners equally.  

I offer a flexible range of appointment times including daytime, evenings and Saturdays.
