My name is Gihan and I am the founder of Kinder Care Counselling, I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges with warmth, understanding, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I hold a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor is Psychological Science and am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients of all ages can feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work with adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I tailor sessions to suit individual needs using a range of modalities.
