helping you heal and rediscover your path forward.With years of experience in counselling and life coaching, I
am here to support you through life’s challenges, whether you're feeling
overwhelmed, facing career transitions, or navigating personal growth.
My background includes providing individual counselling
where I have supported a diverse range of clients, including veterans and
carers, helping them manage stress, prevent burnout, and achieve both personal
and professional fulfilment.
I have a proven track record of building strong therapeutic relationships,
developing individualised treatment plans, and navigating the complexities of
client needs with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
