Hi, Thanks for checking my profile out. I’m Jacey. 

I specialise in Family & Domestic Violence, having been working in that field since 2014. I have worked alongside many people with addictions, substance abuse, relationship breakdowns,  mental health concerns, financial stress, housing stress. 

I come with lived experience of FDV, childhood trauma, grief and loss, and working my way through menopause and neurodiversity.(ADHD)

I am a mother and Nan, and have gained much experience in parenting children who are neurodiverse, and the many challenges that come daily. 

My preferred style of counselling is using creativity to express, through music, drums, art, and of course I offer traditional talk therapy. 

Using CBT, ACT, DBT and Narrative therapies, I encourage you to work on your inner shadow, beliefs, values and whether you align with them. We work on getting you back to feeling whole again.
