Meet Jack (they/he)
Compassionate, client-centered therapy for life’s complexities
Hi, I’m Jack, and I use they/he pronouns. With nine years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate a wide range of challenges—including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, gender and sexual identity, and neurodivergence.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, connect with your inner self, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and true to who you are.
My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning our work together will be guided by you—your needs, your pace, and your values. This style of therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe deeply in your capacity for growth and change, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I also draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches when helpful, tailoring our sessions to suit your unique path.
I’m proud to support the LGBTQIA+ community and offer a practice that is welcoming, polyamory- and kink-friendly, and rooted in respect for all identities and experiences. Whether you're seeking support with a specific issue or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to offer compassionate, personalised care.
I look forward to connecting and supporting you on your journey.
