I'm Jacqui, a masters trained and ACA certified counsellor. I work with a wide variety of people from young adults through to older people, with a special interest in mums-to-be and new mums as well as young adults. 

I work through a trauma-informed, attachment focussed lens using a person-centred integrative approach including ACT, somatic and creative therapies among others. I have a background in human biology and a keen interest in human behaviour and personality, all of which undergirds my approach.

I offer appointments in person, online and over the phone from the Wamberal, NSW on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Effective therapy only happens when you connect well with the counsellor, so I do an initial 20 minute phone session for us both to make sure we are comfortable engaging in therapy. Feel free to contact me!
