I will provide time and space for adults to be cared for and grow holistically; body, soul and spirit. I am culturally diverse, an Australian born Chinese who has also spent time overseas amongst people of various cultural backgrounds. I support clients through life’s changes and transitions, grief and loss, and understanding how they relate to themselves and others more deeply. 

I meet individuals wherever they are at, applying Person-Centred Care and a Trauma-Informed Approach in my practice. I respect each person and their story and provide a safe space for individuals to step into. Every person deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard and known. 

I hold a Biblical worldview, providing space for individuals to better understand their journey through a Biblical worldview, if they desire. In a world of many voices, I support people to identify and know the truth about themselves and the world around them. Being renewed in the truth transforms lives and potentially, the lives around us.
