Life is complicated, but it doesn't have to be overwhelming. I have a passion to share with clients the tools and techniques that can quieten the mind and weather any storm in their lives. I have a pragmatic and laid back approach to counselling. Using simple, proven techniques to build resiliance with individuals that they can use for the rest of their lives. I apply the use of Cognitive behavioural therapy, ACT therapy and Solution focused therapy. Within this framework I can teach clients how to manage emotions and thoughts with simple breathing techniques and mindfullness. I have been working with clients for the last 3 years assisting them with PTSD, depression, seperation and anger management.
