Finding Clarity in Chaos
Anxiety, personal struggles, and life’s uncertainties can leave life feeling overwhelming and disconnected. My approach to counselling is a collaborative process, where we explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours with curiosity rather than judgment. Rooted in philosophical wisdom and evidence-based therapy, our work together fosters self-awareness, emotional balance, and a deeper understanding of life’s challenges.
Drawing inspiration from Stoicism, Daoism, and existential thought, I encourage clients to reframe their perspectives, embrace uncertainty, and develop resilience. Sessions are not just about deep reflection—humour often plays a role in breaking down barriers, lightening difficult moments, and shifting rigid ways of thinking. While some challenges feel heavy, that doesn’t mean our conversations have to be.
My Approach
Every individual’s journey is unique, and sessions are tailored to reflect that. Together, we integrate:
- Philosophical Counselling to explore meaning, purpose, and the way thoughts shape emotions
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional patterns
- Mindfulness and Existential Therapy to encourage presence, self-acceptance, and mental clarity
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy to break negative thinking patterns and reshape personal narratives
- Guided Self-Inquiry to challenge limiting beliefs and uncover new perspectives
