Julian provides Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy services for people of all ages, via telehealth and in-person. Creative Care Therapy is founded and run by Julian Rouch and is based in the Braidwood area, NSW, Yuin Country - also servicing Canberra & Batemans Bay regions.

Julian’s therapeutic approach is guided by his experience & ongoing learning, energised by his passion & curious empathy, and is sustained through a deep respect for those he works with. 

Underpinning Julian’s practice is a person-centred approach that meets each client where they are at, facilitating a safe and exploratory process that highlights their many strengths ~ even if these strengths are hard to see in themselves. Whether a child, a teenager, or an adult, Julian works with his clients as a collaborator, guiding personalised therapeutic processes that aim to engage and empower.

Julian provides a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community and the neurodiverse community. Julian is a continual cultural learner, knowing he has much to learn while endeavouring to be as culturally aware and inclusive as possible.
