compassionate counsellor, specialising in holistic therapeutic approaches that
prioritise the well-being and unique needs of each individual., I have
cultivated a practice that emphasises a warm, nurturing environment where
clients feel safe and supported.

I believe in the power of an integrative approach that considers
not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. Working collaboratively
with clients to explore and address the interconnected aspects of their lives,
fostering a deep understanding of personal challenges and strengths, using therapies
such as narrative therapy, person centred and solution focused to help the
client achieve positive results.  

My commitment is to creating a healing space where clients feel
