Karolina Kowalczyk – Sex & Relationship Therapist, Counsellor, Somatic Sex Coach based in Melbourne 

I am a sex and relationship therapist, counsellor, and somatic sex coach with a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. My work combines somatic and cognitive techniques to help individuals and couples navigate intimacy, desire, and relationship challenges. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their concerns and work towards greater connection and fulfillment.

As a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Somatic Sex Educators’ Association of Australasia (SSEAA), I am committed to high ethical standards and continuous professional development. I have completed a somatic sex coaching certification and a Diploma in Counselling, with advanced studies majors in Relationship Counselling and Conflict Resolution, Abuse Counselling, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, drawing from neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness, and embodiment practices.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, making my services accessible to clients from all backgrounds. I see clients in person  on Mondays,Thursday  Fridays, and Saturdays and also provide flexible online consultations. I welcome individuals and couples, including LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring alternative relationship structures, who are seeking support in enhancing their relationships and intimate lives.

I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges such as mismatched libidos, performance anxiety, sexual trauma, communication breakdowns, and intimacy blocks. I believe that embodied awareness and self-compassion are key to creating lasting change and that pleasure is an essential part of overall well-being.

My long-term goal is to deepen my expertise in relationship therapy through further studies. I am committed to supporting my clients in building confidence, connection, and a more fulfilling intimate life.
