Kyrra provides trauma-informed support to individuals aged 16 years and up for a range of challenges, from stress management to relationship difficulties to anxiety and depression. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals with disordered eating, body image issues and/or low self-esteem.
Kyrra holds a Master of Counselling specialising in Mental Health counselling and a Bachelor of Human Services with a major in Applied Psychology. She has extensive experience working in community settings in both case management and counselling roles across areas including child welfare, housing and homelessness, and domestic and family violence. This background has equipped her with a deep understanding of various complexities and the skills necessary to provide effective support to diverse populations.
In-person appointments are available at 1 Clifford St, Toowoomba City 9am-6pm Mondays. Telehealth appointments are available to anyone in Australia. There are a select number of out-of-office hours telehealth appointments available evenings and weekends.
