I am an experienced and compassionate counsellor with over a decade of expertise supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs. My work focuses on psychological assessments, behavioural monitoring, and evidence-based interventions, with a strong commitment to achieving meaningful and positive client outcomes. I take a client-centred and holistic approach, tailoring therapy to each person by integrating practices that honour their personal wisdom, faith, and lived experiences.
As a clinical supervisor, I strive to create a supportive yet challenging environment where my supervisees can develop confidence, deepen their clinical understanding, and refine their therapeutic skills. I encourage critical reflection, ethical awareness, and the integration of best practices, helping clinicians grow both personally and professionally. My approach is collaborative, insightful, and grounded in real-world clinical experience, fostering a space where learning is both enriching and transformative.
Before transitioning into counselling, I spent 25 years in the Information Technology sector, holding leadership roles such as IT Manager and Project Manager. This background has given me strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to engage effectively with a broad range of clients and professionals. It also shaped my ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and adapt to complex situations—skills that continue to inform my work as a counsellor and supervisor.
