I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), currently practising at Level 2. My professional focus is centred on the intersection of mental health, physiology, nutrition, genetics, and environmental factors, with a particular interest in the impact of chronic stress, trauma, and immune-related conditions on emotional wellbeing and vice versa.
With a background in both complementary health modalities and environmental science, I bring a unique, integrative approach to my work. I support clients to navigate a range of challenges including anxiety, stress, burnout, mood disorders, and the biophysical and emotional complexities associated with chronic illness. My practice is informed by an understanding of the dynamic relationship between the nervous system, immune function, genetics, and mental health, as well as the behavioural and environmental factors that shape emotional resilience.
I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing nervous system dysregulation, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), autoimmune conditions, and hormonal imbalances, including the psychological impacts of these conditions. My counselling approach is client-centred, evidence-informed, and collaborative. I prioritise creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work towards their goals at a pace that respects their lived experience.
In addition to my counselling qualifications, I hold a bachelor’s degree with honours in environmental science, with further study in nutrition, immune function, HeartMath, and genetics. This allows me to offer a holistic perspective that recognises the interconnectedness of mental, physical, and environmental health.
I currently offer both in-person and online consultations, supporting clients across Australia and internationally. My clinical services include one-on-one counselling, nervous system support programs, and workshops on topics such as stress resilience, trauma recovery, and the emotional impacts of chronic health conditions.
I maintain a strong commitment to professional development, regularly undertaking further education in areas including neuropsychology, nutritional psychiatry, polyvagal theory, and the physiological effects of trauma. This ensures that my practice remains current, evidence-based, and responsive to the evolving needs of my clients.
I welcome referrals for individuals seeking compassionate, integrative support for stress-related conditions, mood difficulties, chronic illness, and nervous system dysregulation.
