I have an interest in Complex Trauma including Loss and Grief. I provide a safe space to have meaningful conversations, to discuss issues and concerns. I work with you and support you to discover your personal strengths by using person-centered,  trauma-Informed, strength-based and recovery-based approaches. I have a diverse educational and professional background and draw upon a rich tapestry of life experiences when working with people who have experienced Loss, Grief and Trauma. I am passionate about supporting life-long learning, personal and professional development and have a longstanding interest in assisting people to discover their personal strengths.
