I am a mother of 5 including one adopted son with ASD and ADHD,
grandmother, wife, counsellor, Justice of the Peace, businesswoman and hold a
real estate licence. I also have lived experience with child sexual abuse.
Having a diverse background prior to becoming a counsellor gives me a wide
breath of knowledge to draw upon with many of life issues.

I am passionate about empowering my clients to create positive changes
in their personal and professional lives. I take the time to listen to each
client's unique story and provide insights and tools necessary to navigate life
with resilience and purpose.
