I support
people from all walks and seasons of life, offering proven, evidence-based
therapy. I will seek to understand what has brought you to this present point
and together explore with you your counselling goal or outcome.
I use a
client-centred approach, focusing on aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I enjoy
working with individuals to help them navigate the challenges of life, whether
they are personal, with family, or with peers. Your struggles and challenges
don’t define you. It’s your inherent qualities that make you who you are and
equip you to overcome challenges and struggles. When you can identify and build
on your strengths, you will flourish.
