My focus is on helping young people turn their emotional challenges into emotional growth. I aim to support teens and young adults in building their confidence and resilience, self-awareness, and developing coping skills and emotional skills to handle life's ups and downs.
I strongly believe that people's emotions do not define them-how they handle them does. Therefore, I provide a safe space for managing anger, anxiety, and stress, as well as practical strategies for handling overwhelming feelings of sadness, loneliness, or hopelessness.
I also offer support for coping with school pressure, study struggles and time management. Additionally, I assist young people in building strong, healthy relationships with friends, family and peers.
I bring years of experience supporting teens, adolescents, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and emotional dysregulation due to trauma, grief or neurodiversity.
I can accommodate out of hours appointments most days of the week, including Saturdays. I am committed to provide flexible and personalised support for my clients. I offer the convenience of meeting in their homes or any preferred safe space where they feel most comfortable and relaxed.
