Hi I'm Nicole Kennedy, a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), concerned with the increasing levels of anxiety affecting Australians today.
Anxiety can affect many aspects of your life and it can feel like an endless cycle of worry, negative thoughts, or physical tension, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. I offer a supportive, convenient, and professional online counselling service to all Australians. Together, we can explore what's holding you back, find practical solutions, and help you move toward greater confidence, clarity, and wellbeing. Whether you're facing life transitions, seeking more self-belief, or simply looking for a safe space to be heard, I'm here to support you.
My Approach & Qualifications
My life journey has taken me through diverse settings, from the corporate world to small business, and now to my private practice. These experiences have given me an in depth understanding of the challenges and joys of life, and I’m committed to working with those seeking transformation and support.
My approach is flexible and evolves in response to each client's unique needs, drawing on an integrated blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, along with other therapies to support decision making, problem solving, stress management and overall wellbeing.
My qualifications include:
