I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor working under the clinical supervision of an ACA-approved supervisor. As a Provisional Member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I am committed to providing ethical and evidence-based counselling services to clients with low to moderate needs.

I use established counselling modalities to support individuals facing personal and psychological challenges. My approach is client-centred, with a focus on early intervention, practical strategies, and emotional support to promote overall wellbeing. I deliver a range of services including one-on-one counselling, referrals, advocacy, health promotion, and psychoeducation, primarily within primary care and community settings.

I also offer support facilitation, case management, and onward referrals, while providing relevant information to other professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to care.

I am continuously expanding my skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development and guided supervision, aligning my practice with ACA standards to support each client’s journey toward improved mental health and personal growth.
