Healing from childhood
trauma is possible given appropriate support, time, and commitment. I
retrained in counselling, mental health and art therapy because art
therapy combined with focused sessions with a supportive therapist
enabled me to reach a place of
inner peace and improved wellbeing. I believe this deep healing is in
reach for all survivors.
Trauma-informed principles and Process-Oriented Psychology guide me
to safely explore what comes up for you and matters to you at any point
in time. I use Strengths-Based Therapy together with Art Therapy for you
to access and express your internal strengths.
You will develop resources to support your healing, and in the process,
you will discover that you hold all the answers within. My role is to
help you access these safely when you need to.
