I am a registered counsellor, holding an Honours degree from ACAP University College. My therapeutic approach is person-centred and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that every individual has the inner resources and resilience to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
Currently, I work as a mental health group facilitator at Kellyville Private Hospital, where I specialise in delivering evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the program manager for The Hills Women’s Shed at Positive Vibes Foundation. In this role, I develop and deliver holistic programs that place mental health literacy, physical activity, social connection, and a sense of purpose at the centre of healing and wellbeing.
I have a deep passion for supporting women and families, and I believe in equipping individuals with practical, real-world tools they can use daily—whether it's learning to manage difficult emotions, set healthy boundaries, or reconnect with their core values and life direction (ikigai). My approach is collaborative and personalised, helping you uncover what matters most and create sustainable strategies for growth.
Guided by empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey, I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel truly heard and supported, while also gaining clarity, confidence, and the capacity to move forward.
