Rachael is a vibrant, engaging relationship counsellor who builds a safe environment with couples & individuals to explore their challenges and work towards positive outcomes.  

Rachael previously worked with couples as a Relationship Educator, equipping them with tools to understand their conflict patterns and attachment styles.  

As a case worker, Rachael also developed a passion for working with parents and families, especially those facing particular adversity through disability, post-natal depression and other challenges. 

“What brought you here today?” is where it begins.  From here, Rachael works with couples to agree goals for the therapy, stabilise their behaviours and move toward lasting change.
