Hello! I’m a registered Level 2 Counsellor who works predominantly with teens and young adults to explore identity, emotions, and relationships in a safe and supportive space.
Feeling isolated is a natural response when we’re struggling, especially when there's this unspoken pressure to hold it all together or figure things out alone. We're often told there’s a right and wrong way to feel, with “good” and “bad” emotions - but the human experience is far more layered than that. Emotions like fear, anger, shame, and jealousy are just as valid as joy and love. Rather than pushing them aside, I support clients to lean into these feelings with curiosity and self-compassion.
We’re all made up of different parts, some we feel proud of, and others we might hide or wrestle with. My work is about making space for all of these parts so that healing and growth can happen. As a counselling psychotherapist, my approach is warm, relaxed, and conversational. I focus on creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore things that might not always feel easy to talk about.
Whether you’re wanting to challenge unhelpful patterns, improve emotional regulation, or build a stronger sense of self, I draw from a blend of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
