Bec offers person-centered, non-clinical counselling services with a focus on safety, genuineness and non-judgement. Bec’s work is trauma-informed, prioritising her clients’ sense of safety and readiness to engage.
Bec enjoys supporting adolescents and adults who may be experiencing issues such as low mood, anxiety, navigating life transitions, grief and loss, low self-esteem and confidence, attachment or relational difficulties and work/school-related stress.
Bec firmly believes in asking "what matters to you?", instead of "what's the matter with you?". Bec works in a holistic, empathetic and strengths-based way. She supports her client's confidence, autonomy and expertise within their own lives to thrive using a gentle, encouraging and warm approach.
