With over two decades of experience as a case manager working with women and children as a domestic and family violence expert. My work involves case management and crisis intervention, providing empathetic emergency support when needed most. My role also involved counselling and education related to domestic and family violence, mental health, and D&A.
I hold a community service diploma and a Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy, complemented by two years as a support coordinator in the NDIS Disability sector, enhancing my ability to meet diverse client needs. My continuous pursuit of excellence includes a diploma in counselling, focusing on mindfulness-based therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). This expertise allows me to address mental health and well-being comprehensively.
I am skilled in family therapy, grief and loss counselling, and relationship conflict resolution—essential for healing and rebuilding connections. Additionally, I counsel clients facing addictions and mental health challenges, prioritising sensitivity and skill in my approach.
My client-centred methodology empowers individuals to discover their strength and resilience through therapy. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth, healing, and positive change. Guided by compassion, respect, and collaboration, I ensure clients feel valued and heard on their recovery journey.
