I offer individual counselling both online and face-to-face in Broome and am a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner. I firmly believe that each person’s response to a situation is unique, intricately woven into their own personal experience and life circumstances. My approach is grounded in respect, non-judgment, and empathy, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
In our sessions, I aim to:
Take Hands – Providing unwavering support and guidance throughout your journey.
Open Minds – Exploring thoughts, feelings, and perspectives to foster self-awareness.
Touch Hearts – Prioritizing compassion and understanding for your emotional well-being.
Shape Futures – Collaboratively working toward positive change in your life and relationships.
My diverse background in education, spirituality, leadership, and mentoring fuels my passion for helping individuals, adults, young adults, and families facing feelings of helplessness, isolation, and distress. Whether it’s life struggles, emotional challenges, or relationship difficulties, I create a safe and nurturing space for growth and exploration.
As a long-term migrant in Australia, I deeply value cultural diversity and inclusivity. My journey has woven through the complexities of social and cultural issues in our ever-evolving landscape, and I bring this awareness into every session.
I tailor interventions using a combination of approaches:
- Person-Centred Approach – Your unique needs and aspirations guide our sessions.
- Evidence-Based Approach – Drawing upon scientifically validated methods for effective outcomes.
- Solution-Focused Approach – Focusing on practical steps toward positive change.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – Supporting emotional regulation and healing through evidence-informed tapping techniques.
- Trauma-Informed Practice – Ensuring safety, empowerment, and sensitivity to past experiences.
Throughout my career, I have supported young adults and adults in schools, churches, correctional facilities, and community settings. I have also worked with women experiencing family and domestic violence, offering compassionate support and practical strategies for healing and empowerment.
In this journey of growth and healing, I invite you to step forward. Together, we’ll navigate the intricate pathways of your heart and mind, shaping a future that resonates with authenticity, resilience, and hope.
