thank you for considering me as your psychologist. My name is Sabrine Cabral,
and I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward
emotional well-being, personal growth, and resilience.

I bring
over 15 years of experience as a psychologist, having worked with adults,
adolescents, and children in private practice, always counting on professional
supervision. Throughout my career, I have helped clients navigate challenges
such as anxiety, depression, grief, career transitions, and relationship
issues. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your
unique needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for personal
exploration and growth.

I hold a
bachelor's degree in psychology from Brazil, where I also completed
postgraduate and master’s qualifications in the field. Currently, I am pursuing
a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at a leading university in
Sydney, Australia. This ongoing academic journey allows me to incorporate the
latest efficient practices and therapeutic approaches into my work, enhancing
the support I provide to clients.

I welcome
clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular openness to assisting
individuals from Brazilian and other Latin American communities. If English is
not your first language, you are more than welcome to speak with me in
Portuguese or Spanish (still improving).

To ensure
we are a good fit, I offer a free initial session with no commitment to
continue. This session provides an opportunity for us to discuss your concerns,
explore your goals for therapy, and determine how I can best support you. I work on-line or in person sessions, available on demand to accomodate client needs.
