I listen, collaborate and find ways together to heal gaps in the now life with solutions for people I work with. I live consciously, and care about the community, environment and animals, and follow a vegan-cruelty free lifestyle.
Kindness is a vital part of human existence and mental well being.
I bring experience as a Counsellor, offering a distinctive solution-oriented approach that combines modern evidence-based methodologies with timeless eastern ancient scientific mind wisdom. My work focuses on holistic mind modalities providing personalized guidance that fosters deep sustainable and emotional and mental growth in a supportive and accepting environment. My strategies are tailored to help you steer challenges. My techniques are grounded in scientific research and natural laws of wisdom.
I am also dedicated to providing holistic integrative counselling that unites mind, body, and breath practices with evidence-based mindfulness approaches and compassionate techniques. With two decades of experience working with clients globally, I create a supportive environment where profound transformation can occur through the integration of eastern wisdom and western therapeutic practices. My solution focussed and strength based approach combines mindful breathing therapy, meditation, and yoga with mainstream counselling and psychological interventions to address trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. I believe in nurturing holistic well-being through natural modalities, emphasizing healthy diet, relaxation, lifestyle balance, and positive thinking as foundations for mental and physical wellness.
I offer private sessions, workshops, and integrative mind healing retreats. My sessions provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and develop deeper connections between mind, body, and breath.
