Sandra provides support to individuals through face-to-face or online counselling, assisting with their mental health and wellbeing as they go through life challenges.
Areas of expertise include counselling for: anxiety, depression, grief & loss, high risk crisis support, stress management, burnout, domestic & family violence support, cultural adjustment, psychosocial, workplace stress and career guidance.
Therapeutic support focuses a person-centered approach, so the environment is empathetic, safe and friendly. This approach respects your individuality and unique circumstances, working with you collaboratively to help improve your wellbeing to live your best life. With over thirty years of professional expertise working in helping professions such as consulting, training and management, she has gone full circle towards her natural passion for human services and psychology, redirecting her career into this field.
Additionally, Sandra is a Trainer for Lifeline Corporate and Lifeline DV Alert programs, facilitating delivery to Front Line workers across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Sandra values forming genuine therapeutic relationships with clients backed by evidence, using well researched, trusted clinic approaches that work with your own personal strengths, capacity, values and resources.
