Hi, I’m Sarah.

A professional counsellor, coach, and company director. I work with people who are going through significant change - whether it's moving home, moving countries, changing career or relationship status, I support people through the decision, planning and managing the change.

I work from a person-centred, strengths-based approach and believe each person has the potential to pursue their dreams, given a supportive environment and the right mindset to confront adversity.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons.) and a Masters in Community Relations from the University of Queensland, and have over 15 years of experience in the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) sector for multinational corporates and small organisations.

I live in the beautiful city of Melbourne Australia, and work with clients around the world.
