I am a registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Australian Counselling Association.

I have additional experience and qualifications in Christian Counselling.

I also have experience working with a diverse range of people in individual counselling, couples counselling and family counselling. 

I support clients who are working through issues associated with anxiety, relationship issues (intimate partner or family conflict), and I specialise in women's mental health (through the various stages of change including perinatal, antenatal, parenting, empty-nesting, and parenting adulting children). 

I have completed Gottmans training in couples counselling (level 1)
