From Pain to Liberation
Socrates famously said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” I wholeheartedly agree, but I have also come to understand that an examined life is not merely about reflecting on critical concepts like love, loneliness, happiness, and confidence. It is about living through them, embracing their depth, and emerging stronger.
I take pride in the challenges that have shaped me. Surviving two harrowing accidents at a young age, enduring parental divorce, facing poverty and homelessness, working as a child, and shouldering the responsibility of raising my younger siblings as a teenager – followed by the arduous journey of migration – have all profoundly enriched my soul.
Despite these trials, I self-studied five languages, returned to school at 28, and completed two Master’s degrees with top grades. I am now pursuing a PhD, all while raising two wonderful children. Along the way, I have authored ten books on life philosophy, self-actualisation, and meaningful relationships, with more works on the way- "From Pain to Liberation" is the name of one of my books.
As a scholar and author of Rumi, I have come to appreciate the profound, healing power of unconditional love. As a teacher, I have embraced the encouragement of learning and growth. And as a psychologist, I have refined the art of listening, exploring, and offering unwavering support.
Today, in the warm and welcoming space of my practice, I am here to listen without judgment, share empathy and understanding, and guide you toward a richer, more informed, and flourishing life.
