High Vibrations is a counselling service supporting women over 30 who are going through Life Transitions - foreseen or unforeseen such as grief and loss (of a person, pet or life you thought you would have), infertility journey, empowering women after relationship breakdowns, understanding and managing the effects of childhood trauma, anxiety, end of life counselling (for people diagnosed with a terminal illness) & more.

I provide a safe space and non-judgmental environment for all including NDIS participants. Face to Face and Zoom appointments available.
