I am a counsellor and clinical supervisor with a private practice in Girrawheen, which I established in 2020. My work focuses on supporting individuals navigating life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, personal growth, relocation, starting a new job, or coping with loss. I also specialise in relationship counselling, helping couples and individuals explore dynamics, resolve conflicts, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.

With several years of experience in mental health and qualifications including a diploma and bachelor's degree in counselling, I tailor therapeutic approaches to each client’s unique needs. My practice draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy, alongside my ongoing focus on learning and integrating Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy into my work.

In addition to counselling, I provide supervision to other counsellors, supporting their professional growth and practice. This role allows me to contribute to the field by sharing insights and helping others develop their own therapeutic styles.

I believe in the power of reframing self-narratives, cultivating self-compassion, and embracing self-acceptance. My approach is collaborative, helping clients clarify their goals, explore possibilities, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. While I bring expertise in life transitions, trauma, grief, youth-related challenges, and relationship dynamics, I see myself as a fellow traveller, walking alongside my clients with an open and unbiased perspective.

Outside of my professional life, I find balance and fulfilment in my roles as a mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Counselling is not just my work, it is a continuous journey of learning, connection, and growth.
