I am a trained Psychotherapist focusing on Stepfamily issues based in Sydney. My aim is to help families, couples, individuals and children manage the dynamics involved with Stepfamilies.

With personal experience in these areas I feel strongly about bringing awareness and understanding to the dynamics involved in Stepfamilies.

I have established a practice in Sydney, Australia, assisting families in addressing the often-complex issues in Stepfamily relationships. I realised how few resources there are available specifically for Stepfamilies and the genuine need for so many families trying to cope in combining families in today’s world.

My training is in Counselling and Communication, Post Grad. Psychotherapy Studies, Mediation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Minfulness, Stepfamily Foundation Certified Coach – The Stepfamily Foundation, Inc. New York, USA.
