My name is Therese, I am a counsellor Level ACA Level
1.  I have been practicing Counselling
for over 2 years and previous to that working within my community caring for individuals
experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic and family violence, gambling as
well as alcohol related.  My passion and expertise
area are working with people with mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma,
abuse and neglect and family matters.  I
have experience working disability and aged care, empowering youths and young
families. I always put my client in the center of my practice and using theological
approaches to discover and walk on a journey together to reach goals, heal and
move forward.  My holistic approach, friendly
and caring nature provides a flexible approach to my practice ensuring that my
client is always comfortable and safe in the therapy sessions. 

I am a good listener and my commitment to supporting my
clients who are experiencing challenging times in their life.   I use person-centered, CBT, Narrative therapy,
