Veronica is a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Veronica is passionate about early intervention and therefore has a specific focus in working with children, adolescents and their families. She has extensive experience working with a variety of child and adolescent difficulties such as, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem issues, teen issues, and school concerns. By using a variety of therapy techniques, ranging from the creative therapies (sand-play, art, clay, music, narrative, gestalt) to CBT, Veronica is able to explore highly sensitive issues with children and adolescence, in a very safe and supportive environment. Veronica incorporates parenting support into her practice, emphasizing the values of respect, responsibility, and cooperation, in order to effectively work towards healing and strengthening the family unit.
